Eid Mubarak

As we reach the conclusion of this holy month of Ramadan, we would like to wish you all a heartfelt, happy and blessed Eid Mubarak. May you celebrate and enjoy this auspicious day with your dear family, friends and loved ones, and take forward the positive intentions and good faith you have practiced during this blessed month.   Let me also take this opportunity to thank you all for the sincere support and generosity you have shown to our brothers and sisters in vulnerable communities from Pakistan, Syria and East Africa.

Alhamdulillah your donations have meant that MWF can continue its efforts in supporting Orphan and Needy children through its sponsorship program. There are still many children that need your support, and you still have an opportunity to sponsor a child to memorise the Holy Quran and Orphan sponsorship.

We still remain committed in supporting our brothers and sisters from Syria, our team has already distributed more than 1000 food parcels and after Eid we hope to distribute more food items to refugees living on the Turkey/Syria border.

In addition, our team in Pakistan distributed food parcels to poor and needy families in Tharparkar, Sindh providing them with food security for an entire month even after Eid.

And finally remember it is obligatory for each individual to pay Fitranah (which is £4 per person) before performing Eid-ul-Fitr. MWF ensures that your Fitranah reaches the poor and needy in the third world.

May Allah accept and reward your kindness and good deeds. I pray that you continue to do all that you can to help those in dire need of our assistance.

Once again, a happy Eid Mubarak to all!
